Is there anyone who ordered notes recently and it has exceeded the time to get the notes back? I ordered my notes May 24th and till now, no notes. I have emailed them about 3 times but all they keep saying is that they are "waiting for information from abroad" and that they have marked my case as priority for the notes. Still...no notes. Heading to 3 months now. Anyone?
Yes, I got mine today but they haven't started anything in Accra. Sent mine first week of July and I just received the notes today... Very much empty. We are January 25th 2017 applicants.

Yeah when I ordered my notes at 6 months it was pretty empty too. I am a Sept 2016 applicant. Hoping the delay means they are working in my file at least. Because what information from "abroad" would they need that's taking so long if not background check..

It's been hell. I just got back from visiting my husband after not seeing him for 15 months and let's just say the water works were real at the airport when I was leaving. I was heartbroken. But it will all end soon. I hope you new applicants will profit from the new laws put in place.

I can imagine the deep display of emotions between you two. I must say, is on the physically and mentally strong that can pass through this process without being broken. Personally, I felt by 6 I would be done with this process. Coming here and seeing that even August applicants are yet to hear even a sound from Accra really broke my heart. It is well.

The current processing time for applications received before December 2016 is 17 months for Nigeria, which is pretty hopeless. But I have prayed for patience to wait as I believe it will all end in praise. Accra will stretch you to your elastic limit... but we'd all get what we want pretty soon. This forum has been helpful. At least we are all struggling together. Haha.
I saw on another forum recently that spouses (Principal Applicants) who are wives are processed faster and more likely to get visas than spouses who are husbands. I wonder if there really is a trend with that.
I have a quick question, b4 the change in visa processing time to 12 months on 7th December 2016 .people normally get their visas in 9 months in this forum , does it mean the change affected other timeline cos people now stay more than the average 9 months,we even have people more than a year in here . Meaning December app would likely get visa sooner than those b4 7th of December 2017
since we don't have a spreadsheet (I may be wrong), can we create one since I don't know how to. or can we drop our application month and year, so we can have an estimate of how many people within a month and how much longer. the spreadsheet would have been great

Hey... I have one that I kinda made. I can fix it up to make a working copy. It has all spousal applications timelines from this forum since 2014. That's how I know what the processing time is, and that it's at it's slowest.
