Wow! What's going on? This house has been quiet for Days! It's almost a week! Can someone tell me what I want to hear?

I know. Accra is quiet, so are we. Lol.
I am Waiting patiently to hear goodnews on this thread.

Accra-Ghana has increased processing months from 14 to 16 months...God have mercy for them to speed up the whole processing thing...

All 2014 applicants and early 2015 should be done by July max.

They're on mid/end November now so be patient and don't worry about the 16 months time, that's really for worst case scenarios.

It took me 7.5 months and took Mekus 6.5, so they're working in a 6-8 month time frame.

Being Nov 24 applicant, I am checking at least three times a day to see if the status changes from "application received" to "in process"... I will let everyone know the moment I see the change 8)

This is getting a little frustrating. My husband lives in canada and I live 5 hours away in the U.S which is kind of good but in a way becoming problematic. We try to see each other 2 times in a month but with challenging jobs it's hard sometimes. I just hope we hear good news soon. It's been four months since we applied. They transfered my application to Accra even though I chose California office. But it all good because I hear the Accra office is much faster. Only problem is I would have to travel down for an interview if it's required. Hope not.

I thank everyone that contributes regularly in this forum. I've been following this forum closely since I applied to sponsor my wife to join me. Our application was received Dec 2/2014 and Sponsor's approval Feb 23/2015. I've been trying to check if our profile has changed to "Application in Process" from "Application Received". Are we going to see the change in the Sponsor's profile (mine) or the principal applicant's profile (my wife)? Thanks.
