Exactly. Unless applicants from the 1st draw of January 31 submitted their application the same day, 6 months would be on July 31. Given that PPR are usually received within usually 3 to 4 months (based on users from this forum), that is very unlikely to happen at all (but not impossible).

have you applied for your file notes?
They said the aim was for something like 80-85% of applicants to be processed in 6 months so there's still that space for people to take longer, and if like you say, you have a weird case that could explain why its not been completed yet.
On a lighter note, u should be little happy as well as then CIC call centre agents would have to answer all your questions. I think files of FST people are stuck. Did you check with other FST people who applied during those days.

Try sending in Case Specific Inquiry. In most cases response is received within 30 days. But no reply does not necessarily mean trouble - may be you gave them all the details they asked for and they are just making sure everything is up to mark as required.

yeh FSt is really slow.i did send four case spefice enquiries.out of 4 I got 2 reply. I ordered note end of July.
Looks like 1st and second draws application facing system errors.really hoping this month some good news.my co worker applied on May and got Ppr .for me stuck no where
