Submitting Webform doesn't help. Even i had submitted the same but just a general reply that application is under process, will inform if there's update

What if Visa is been issued after withdrawing from course? Will Study Permit will still be eligible or need to apply for new one

If your degree intake then it will be vaild. But if you refund your fees then u can't enter Canada at immigration port of Canadian airport

Permit will valid till the expiry date you just have to take re admission and you should also update your cic

It won't be refused but decision might not be made within the Processing time

Yes you can do that only thing you have to do is that you should update your current status on cic and DLI Number of new college

It is mentioned" May be". And it's for Paper application. It's because they need at least 30-40 days to process an application but my course start date is 23 January

submitted on 09 Nov got meedical passed on 19 Nov
and still got no update its been 40 days and i have jan intake
