There are a lot of holidays in the end of december.
And they might reject your application for this reason.
Its on their cic website.
Ask your agent. He will know better

Don't worry if u get your caq before 1 December apply your case they just need 20 days

Thanks. Seneca College. 1 year PG certificate in Business Analytics. I am really interested to update myself with such course abroad. But I was quite lethargic when I applied 1st time with weak SOP.

Now its like sitting on a knife edge. Not sure whether I would be thru this time or not as in many forums either I observed a delayed response (close to 25 days) or ends up in refusal again.
