Ya. I applied for visa on Nov 5 and completed my biometrics on Nov 7. And till now there isn’t any update regarding my process

I dont know yet, i asked my agent and waiting to answer me

Someone told me that I am in the conditional block list for visa after 2 refusal, is that correct?!!
Please answer me if anyone knows anything.
And a lawyer told me that the chances of getting visa for me is about 10% is that correct?!!!!
I would appreciate if anyone could answer me

I applied for study permit on 10th October, so far I did not receive any update. Any idea upto what date CIC has processed the application for online (non sds).

Did anyone who applied close to 10 October (online/non sds) received any response.
