Nothing wrong with that, it’s just MEP/BIL which can be done by an agent. Won’t have any real affect on the rest waiting. Early 2021 AORs received it in 2-4 weeks.
ok let's look at this realistically. Is there any other country in the world that promised PR right away to people with no job offers, no ties, employment or family to this country, etc?
There are no such countries. But Canada marketed it as: "hey, be a nice guy and you're in." Too good to be true. That's why FSW-O program is a hoax. A fake. Of course there were some lucky people who made it to Canada like that, but realistically this "permanent residency giveaway" couldn't last long.

Got PPR on the 15 October.
