I am born in Canada and my wife and I met and were married while traveling overseas. We have lived together overseas and we are now living in Canada after we waited for IRCC's approval for her Outland Spousal Sponsorhip.
Right now I am a full time student and only have personal savings and a student loan right now for personal income, and my wife is working full-time in Canada. Is she able to fill out line 7 on her TD1 form (Personal Tax Credits Return) or would this jeopardize our Spousal Sponsorship? The total she will claim is the difference after my student loan.
