My application was received at the Sydney office on September 10th. According to what I'm reading here it seeks to be taking 6 to 8 weeks to receive AOR. Hope my app isn't sent back
IRCC doesn't really process all the applications in a linear fashion. It really depends on how straightforward your application package is.
I know some end of June applicants that are still waiting while there are already mid-July applicants that received theirs. IRCC agents are reporting that they're currently working on applications until July 17th.

I thought they lay all mail in a big lineup. And were processing those as per the DATE stamps on those? Or may be all picked up as per dates but process times on each desk varies..

Our application was received on July 23, and we were just able to connect to GCKey and ECAS today. No AOR still, however. ECAS is indicating that they started processing our app today, October 2.
