Hi, I submitted my mother's SuperVisa application on 6th september,2020 through GC key (one day before 7th september instructions). Got biomtetric request on 7th september, 2020. Biometric done on October 13, 2020 and the same has been updated in the applicant information section, but in the Biometric section (details section), it shows biometric completed on november 17th. I dont know why
I want to ask if it is ok now to re-apply through new portal? If yes, would it take biometrics and upfront medical details from the gc key account?
Second thing is, we have applied from mother's PR through 'Parents and Grandparents program' from new portal so can we submit two different applications from same new portal account using same UCI?. We have already used UCI for PGP application from already submitted supervisa application.
While we answer the questionnaire before beginning the application, there is a question like 'did you do medicals in the last 12 months'. If you answer that yes, they will ask you to submit medicals along with other documents.

I think I answered no that question because I completed the questionnaire before hand, but when I submitted my parents application they had done the medical exam, and I submitted the application with it. So, I made a mistake on my part. Should I contact IRCC and let them know I mistakenly answered "no" or should wait for them to figure out that I submitted the medicals as well.
