I have submitted my mother supervisa (Pakistan) application through the consultant here in Canada on Jan 02 2023, Past biometrics were attached and the upfront medical done prior to sending the application.She has two refusals already. Its been no update since then...

Hi, is there a case here where your parents stayed for 3-4 years in Canada under regular tourist visa and went back home to their respective country and apply for supervisa and got approved?

I am worried if I apply my parents for supervisa and their application will get denied due to overstaying as a tourist ( with valid visitor record ). I am worried if the officer will think that the ties in their country is not that strong because they stayed in Canada for 4 years.

Please advise. I need your help.

Apply your visa , don’t worry about anything, same scenerio , everything was done without any problems

Hey everyone, I have a question. I’m applying for my parents’ Supervisa since their visitor Visa got rejected on the grounds of “strong ties in Canada” (since I’m an only child) and “financial proof does not add up with the itinerary” (our bank statements were a little weird since their banks didn’t provide a proper summary of total balance and CAD conversion).
Now since we’re applying for their super visa, we are showing their updated financial statements (liquid assets which are around 1cr) but it says we need to show my 4 month pay stubs. I only recently came to canada and have got a job last month itself so I only have 2 paystubs with me. I have a total of 13k CAD in my Canadian account. How do I solve this problem? Can this be a reason for rejection for super visa?

is BVL and PPR letter usually comes on same day right ? I don't see any notification for PPR. is there any one on same situation like waiting for PPR after receiving the BVL ?

Hi, would you be comfortable to share why your mother’s visa was rejected? My parents’ visitor visa got rejected on the grounds of - strong ties, insufficient funds etc. I’m also applying for their super visa now
