My partner and I applied for my MIL supervisa I forgot to upload 2 documents showing I have $$ in my bank account and my rrsp statement. However I did provide proper documentation to show we meet the minimum income required by LICO. Will this affect my application and is there a way to add documents after submitting the online application?
Timeline- February 15/22 - upfront medical
March 25/22 - application submitted
March 26/22- biometrics letter
March 29/22 - biometrics submitted
March 29/22 - medical passed

nothing since and it doesn’t state that they have started processing my application. It says we will send you a notification once we start the process.

Is there a minimum fund amount necessary for supervisa parents?

Yes Depends on the # of ppl you have in your family plus the person your requesting to visit Canada so if it’s you and your partner then that’s 2 plus 1 visitor wich means you would have to show support for 3 persons as per LICO minimum income requirements. I have a family of 5 plus 1 my minimum is $61667 something very close to it.

March 10: Upfront medical exam
March 14: Update medical exam report through webform
March 21: Medical passed
March 28: Biometrics valid letter and PPR

Congratulations hopefully I can receive the same good news. MIL got her passed medical on March 29 - nothing yet!

Which will be proven by T 4 / NOA
Also means of fund of parent you can show their bank statement

I applied super visa online for my mom who is in india. The timeline is as below. Can anyone advice on who long will the wait process be?


Submitted: Feb 25th 2022
Biometric: Feb 26th 2022
Biometric completed: March 5th 2022
Medical request: March 9th 2022
Medical passed: March 23rd 2022

I have a similar timeline except my MIL did biometrics on 29th March and the same day her upfront medical had passed. Nothing else yet, does your application show being processed?

Oh how do i chek that? The latest update says: you have passed medical. Under elibibility it says we are reviewing your eligibility. Is this the one? But i thought this was always like this even before medicals. Please let me know how to check if they are processing

Oh where it says "we will send you a notification once we start the process "? i mean under which section? I see a lot of sections like eligibility, medical, background check etc

I personally would suggest upload the missing documents ASAP before they start working on your application.

Ok so I am curious to know wether I applied with the new portal or not. I applied from the IRCC - GC key portal. I’m confused is this not the new portal or did I make a mistake!?

is BVL and PPR letter usually comes on same day right ? I don't see any notification for PPR. is there any one on same situation like waiting for PPR after receiving the BVL ?

PPR Is Passport Request and that only comes once your Super Visa is approved.
