Summer break after level 2

Hello,
My College (Fanshawe) is not giving me a summer break after my level 2 semester officially.

So we contacted academic advisor and they told us to get readmitted for level 3 in upcoming September intake in that way we’ll get summer break unofficially.
I am currently in level 2 semester which started in this January.

After that it is supposed to be a summer break but college said there’s no such break in our calendar.

my question is if we take this step.
Will this affect our pgwp in any way.

Yes its a two year program and the academic calendar is designed without summer break.
It’s straight 16 months of study

then you should continue studying i guess, btw I am starting my 1 year course in May in Fanshawe college.

I did a 16-month program, comprising 4 semesters, back to back. I didn't have a summer break. Got a 3 year PGWP with no problems.

My first 1 year course will start in may 23 and finish in dec 23 (2 consecutive terms), so can I start my next 1 year course in may 24 or it has to be started right away?

I didn't do two 8-month programs back-to-back. So I'm not sure. Please search the forums for threads where students may have asked similar questions, for answers.
