Hello,
I am studying in Seneca College in a 2-year Accounting Diploma which started in January 2020. Now, after this summer semester, I want to take a break so that I can work full time. I asked the international student support of Seneca and they said that I am eligible for a scheduled break after 2 semesters in a 4 semester program. I just wanted to confirm that if I take a break after this semester, will it affect my PGWP in any negative way? Also, in this scheduled break, am I eligible to work full time?
Thank You

Scheduled break means you dont have to apply for it, its already part of the program and everyone goes on break. Be careful with any break you need to apply for.
1. Some Universities and Colleges work on a 3 semester system per year (SFU is an example) so during the year, you can take one semester off, and it doesn't matter which one.

Hi
How it ended up?
I am now in the same situation and I would like to know if I am going to be allowed to have a break in fall work full time, and still be elegible for PGWP.
Thanks in advance.
