Study VISA still being awaited it's beyond processing time

I have applied on the 3ed of July and on 3ed of August I received a message from the cic asking me to upload my cv and to fill a supplementary information form. Until now I did not receive anything from them.
My semester starts on the 4th of September, I do not have much time. I do not know what to do.
When do you think I will get my visa, if there still a chance?

I applied online in Iraq on May 06, no updates at all. It's been almost 4 months. Ankara is processing my application. The term starts in days..

where are you from? and do you know why it took you a very long time?

I am from Jordan and I applied on 3/7/2018 and it is now 31/8/2018 and all what I received from them is
a request to fill a supplementary information request and to upload my cv and this was on 2/8/2018.
