If you have applied through an agent...than talk to him...or if not..than you can just wait because you have already sent them mails
 
hello,
I applied for a study permit in Iraq on May 6, no updates at all, it's been almost 4 months. Ankara is processing my application. Is there anything we can do?
 
I have applied on the 3ed of July and on 3ed of August I received a message from the cic asking me to upload my cv and to fill a supplementary information form. Until now I did not receive anything from them.
My semester starts on the 4th of September, I do not have much time. I do not know what to do.
When do you think I will get my visa, if there still a chance?

What kind of letter/email/physical?

Is this letter from IRCC or from your agent? Have you linked your application online?
 
a genuine letter from canada high commission, it has the same UCI and APPLICATION NUMBER, but the name is different.
