My study visa has been granted in Jan.2017 and the expiry date stated on it is 31.Dec.2017
As there are delays in processing my application, I have already missed the enrolment deadline for College A when my study visa was approved.
Therefore, I considering using this study visa for another school/program, which starts in August.
Question:
1. Can I enter Canada and obtain a study permit at the custom as long as my study visa is still valid?
In my case, Can i enter in August?
2. Can I enter Canada and obtain a study permit well before the program starts?
In my case, the program starts in August, can I enter in June?
3. For the OWP (Open Work Permit) of my spouse, when I enter Canada in June, can she apply for the OWP BEFORE my program starts?
