I applied for a student permit on March 6th and my semester starts April 29th. The reason I applied this late was because the offer late came in late

Did you apply under sds or normal?I am guessing and to be frank its going to be 30 % success rate.They might even decline because of the timeline.You Should have deferred the course to next intake before applying.

I am guessing you applied it under normal.If you pay for 1 year college fee and show 10k CAD Gic then you are eligible for sds which is fast track processing .You should be able to get a response from then in under 45 days thats what website says but should be getting it in under 2 weeks or max 3 weeks and you should consider only working days.

Did not pay the full tuition fee since the school gave a payment program and should more than the 10k cad to cover for the remaining tuition and accommodation.. Just paid the next fee last 2 weeks and I have my receipts

Processing time for Nigeria at this time is 11weeks.

Let hope you get a positive response soon but it would have been good you defer it till Fall term to resume since you kmow there isn't enough time for the processing.

Have you done biometric and medical and what is your application status currently saying?

I have done biometrics but not the medical. Because I applied last year and they rejected me so my sister said I should chill with the medical ish and wait till they request but I might likely defer.

SDS is only available for certain countries so its not a thing for the majority of counties applying to Canada, don't get confused.
