When did you apply and what is the reason of refusal?

Actually I applied on November 21,2019 and got refusal Thn applied again ,got refusal but both the time my agwnt didn’t mentioned the reason of gap ..can you please tell me what you have done after your refusal

Actually, my application is still under process.
Even, I am quite worried about this issue.

No, this is the first time I applied for extension.
I applied on my own.

Main reason is course I was a medical student before and thn I got admision in business
