Study permit extension refusal

Hi, I applied for my study permit extension on july 27 but it got refused because of not having proper documentation and i am currently out of status . Can I reapply my study permit extension with proper documents . Can someone please help me.

If your old permit has already expired and as you say you are out of status you need to apply for restoration of status within 90 days of going out of status. You cant study or work while waiting for restoration results.

Can you give a bit more information about the missing/incorrect documents ?

I am going to apply for an extension soon and I didn't think you could send the application with missing documents?

Looks like the applicant didn't provide New LOA ( if going for a new program ) or a new enrollment letter mentioning important info like expected graduation dates , full-time//part-time studies etc.
