So I guess I will be okay extending my permit twice

there is no restriction for applying study permit extension 2,3, 4, 5 times . but you should have required documents to support extension.

That was such a relief. I thought they might reject my extension because Im gonna be requesting the second extension in September this year( just 4 months after may in which I will be requesting my 1st extension)

no I meant the extention that I will apply after going back to saskpolytech to complete my diploma from september to april 2021

No if you will meet the requirements , having enrollment and other things , then there is no problem in extension , even if you are failed from college but almost all colleges giving chance to students to complete study even they have to enroll in extra semester , then IRCC never deny extension.

No , that time you will apply with different program , different college , different study length.

yea no problem apply with current enrollment , I am sure you will get extension this time as well as second time because LOA cannot replace enrollment letter.

And should write a letter of explanation both of the times and tell them the first time that i will be going to original college after im done with uni or just write that letter when i apply the second time?

And is that true that colleges tell IRCC that the student is not coming to classes? Because i missed alot of classes as most of my teachers didn't took any attendance. Can this cause problems in my study permit extension?

Both times you need to write because I asked from cic agent for my case , he told both time you need to write a letter.

What was your case?
Should I just write that I enrolled in this course because I failed in the 3rd semester of my previous study so I had to wait till September in order to continue my studies there and redo my 3rd semester so in order to stay full time i am taking thid course in January?

Yes , when the IRCC ask for specific student case to college , is the student attending classes or no , colleges are oblige to give this information to IRCC. This will not cause problem in study permit extension if you already have enrollment letter, chances of problem in PGWP.( in complicated rare cases , not all ).
