Google “order GCMS notes” as there are many companies that do it. Why were you refused and what is your profile? If you feel the officer made an error in judgement then hire a Canadian lawyer to apply for a judicial review. The process will look at whether the officer made an error in following the rules, laws and regulations. if you are successful, your application is reviewed again and still may be refused.

If you did upfront medicals, it's 50/50 chance.

If you were asked to do medicals and you passed your medicals, your PPR is sure.

After booking for a date in IOM medical website do you make payments before the date of your appointment or you pay physically on the date of your appointment. If the payment is made before the date of your appointment ( I would need to go with a reciept of payment to show proof of payment right?) @Omofar
