Hi what are the chances for rejection of student visa if you are rejected before for adoption.

There were two reasons for rejection of adoption.
1. i was over age
2. they called us for interview but we couldn't made it.

So they rejected saying that there was "lack of communication"
however now i have a strong/positive profile for student visa.
