I got my student visa rejected despite showing them all the certificates and experiences without any gap.I was going to toronto where my real brother is, who is a Canadian Citizen and a Lawyer. I am a double graduate and I scored 51% in my last graduation (which could be the reason of rejection). They rejected the application saying that you won't return to India afterwards. what does it actually means whereas I have shown them my England Degree and work permit and my return from England and other countries as Dubai (visitor) within the recommended legal period of stay.
I have 3 questions if anyone can help me with:
1. Should I apply for student Visa AGAIN.
2. Will the rejection affect my work permit visa ( incase i get work offer from Canada).
3. Do people get Visa when they again apply for student visa after rejection..
4. what changes should i make in order to get the visa.
