Student from india applied for visa on first week of November for jan 20 intake

Hey brother, I applied on 1st November...! Now it's under elligibility review and background check...! Been like this since a week and still no update...! Share your timeline !

M applying for 2 ND time ...last TM rejected becz of finance I didn't pay 1 year fee..Agent tld me not to pay .. by after rejection I came to know this all .. ND paid ..sooo already my medical ND biometric are there.

1. Did you submit LOE with SOP 2nd time ?
2. Did you apply for CAIPS notes ? if yes then what was the reason given for refusal.
3. For Family ties what documents you gave?
4. Did you mention Family ties in SOP?
5. Can you share your sop for reference to me.

Mtech i did not consider.

1. No, I didn't include LOE with SOP, what all I wanted to convey was included in the SOP itself. Though you have to mension about your previous rejection in the SOP and include the rejection letter in your application.

2. Didn't request CAIPS notes.

3. Included the paper for the home I bought lately.

4. Yes I did so as to prove that I will come back to India after finishing the course.

Is it necessary to attach itrs or proof of funds available when applying in sds?

I thought in SDS no SOP no funds ITR and bank statements are required I am waiting for GIC for my niece can you please explain

I thought just give them what they have mentioned giving them extra can create unnecessary questions what do you think

Yes. I did tell them about all three.

I submitted my application on Nov 09th
Received biometrics letter on Nov 10th
Completed biometrics on Nov 11th and it was updated in the application same day.
Since then it shows under review. Any idea on when i can receive an update?

For me biometrics took about 5 days to be updated on my first attempt, and the day after I got my first refusal.
But this time I reapplied on 5th Nov and no update yet....!!!
But maybe it takes almost 21 days or less
