Student from india applied for visa on first week of November for jan 20 intake

I thought in SDS no SOP no funds ITR and bank statements are required I am waiting for GIC for my niece can you please explain

It is said that in SDS SOP is not needed but you need to submit it with justification why would you came back to your home country

B.E Mechanical Engineering: 8.8 CGPA (no arrears) - 2015
MBA (Operations): 8.2 CGPA (no arrears) -2017
Work Exp : from 2017 till date as Lead Engineer-Operations in an automobile manufacturing firm. (Exp: 2 years 8 months with analytics based projects)

IELTS: Overall 7.5 (Listening-8.5, Reading-6.5, Speaking-7 & Writing-7)

Already done a basic analytics course privately. (Not mentioned in SOP)

Opted for 1 year PGD Certificate in BUSINESS ANALYTICS in Seneca College, Toronto for Jan 2020 intake.

GIC : Paid and received receipt
Fee : Paid for full one year along with health insurance.

My VISA Timeline:

Upfront medical : 05th Oct'19
Applied online : 8th Nov'19
Bio-metrics letter : 9th Nov'19
Bio-metrics given : 13th Nov'19

When u have already done masters.. than why u chose PGD.. u should have choosen PHD.. anyways now its based on your luck.. because many times visa get refused on the grounds of chosen education level .. but few times people also get visa.. as i i know a girl who was bachelor graduate and went for post secondary diploma and got visa approved

Meanwhile, It was suggested and applied through an expert agent. I was informed that we can opt for PGD as the agency has supported many MBA graduates to PGD Certificate courses and mostly all got Visa too.

Even I had this doubt as you said. !
