When applying for SPP - study permit, since my profile is a bit weak, I want to show strong home ties.

Is it enough to include a copy of my parent's house property? (In fathers name)

What other ways can I improve "Strong home ties?"

Your father’s property is not a tie because it is not in your name. Ties to country are property, investments, loans, family and a job.

All you can say is your parents live in your home country. You can show their properties, if you want. But depending on your age, your parents aren't necessarily ties unless you are an only child and you support them financially and physically.

Yes, you will need to provide information (name, DOB, current address) about your siblings in the Family Information form.

I can't see how that will be a disadvantage? Most of us have siblings in different countries living their own lives..

what you can do, tell your parents to put the asset to your name then get the document that showing the asset in your name and then retransfer it then back to the parent's name. You inherited an assets nothing illigel here

This is too costly and changing assets back and forth is not recommendable. What @life2525 needs to do is get a job, put savings under his/her name, and buy a piece of land on his/her own instead of relying on the parents. Parents assets are theirs, not their kids

Without this, my study permit would get rejected? Many people go directly after school or their bachelors, without job or savings.. I'm applying under SDS, first year fees paid, GIC paid, and $25000 CAD in funds. Both parents are in home country..

Why do you think you will have a rejected study permit just because of ties to country. Ties are just one factor.
