What makes your profile strong - a program that leads to career advancement in your home country, a program that isn’t below what you have (if you have a masters dont’ go for a certificate), show job opportunities, strong IELTs, funds, living in your home country, ties to country. All of these things lead to a strong profile but you are only focused on ties to home country, which you don’t have so focus on the others and make them strong.

This is too costly and changing assets back and forth is not recommendable. What @life2525 needs to do is get a job, put savings under his/her name, and buy a piece of land on his/her own instead of relying on the parents. Parents assets are theirs, not their kids
There’s not a straight answer to your question. It all depends on your age, employment history and prospect employment in your home country, educational attainments and whether your proposed studies in Canada makes sense and aligns to your career goals. Strong ties can be shown through combination of factors not just one particular variable. So do your best, be honest and hope for the best outcome .
