Hi everyone. Have you heard about some changes regarding incorporation of startup? I have heard the we must incorporate federally, but I could not find any source for it. Have you heard anything about this? Of it is true so what about the Canadian director for federal incorporation?!

Provincial registration is good enough I believe unless your business requires a federal incorporation. It is best to incorporate in the province where you will settle.

What do you mean ? Do we need to register a " Canadian company " before we get an approval on our SUV from IRCC ? or after ?

That is really huge news. Congratulations. You will get the PPR within 30 days. BTW, what does the PAL look like? Everybody says it a lot. I have never received it before. Fingers crossed.Cheers.
