Spouse wears hearing aids, would it affect medical?

You can look up the approach. For spousal sponsorship, the regular medical approach for other immigrant classes does not apply (they are exempt). For spousal sponsorship, the test is public health / threat to others. Eg infectious diseases, like tuberculosis.

Hearing problems not at all on the list of issues.
