My spouse-sponsorship case (toronto) was file 2011 sept and refused 2012 feb.
There was ADR during 2012 aug but refused.
After that, there is no more updated for the full hearing.
I contacted IAD once and informed my case should be end July 2014, however, I have no idea if it means the full hearing will be schedule during this time or the full hearing and decision will be completed at this time.
Just wonder if anyone has the similar time frame as I do?
How long does it takes usually for waiting full hearing? :'( :'(
