Is it normal that my "Review of eligibility" still shows "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" although my "Background check" has been "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information" for the past 4 months?
Shouldn't I pass the "Review of eligibility" before background check get started?
what do your both status show? the review of eligibility and background check? please let me know cuz I am starting to get worried

Eligibility and criminality and security are all part of the background check
So until all checks are complete, you will be seeing this message
My wife application still show the same message and her eligibility has passed and criminality and medical
The only thing left is security
So this is normal
