Did you have a consultant or someone help you with your application? the Authorization to Disclose sounds like they think that you have a representative? Unfortunately, with not context on your case I cannot offer anything more.
With respect to the military service, is there mandatory military service in Pakistan? In some countries, military training is arranged through courses, camps during school / university or military service can be waived by paying a fee (if the person is not a resident of the country etc). On our application, my husband put "see attached letter" in the space for the military service and we explained the training and courses that were done through his school etc. because the table headers didn't apply. Plus we included translated copies of his military service book or log of the courses that he took....if there is a waiver for service by fee, then you would also include a document related to this if applicable.
If none of the above exists or relates to your situation, you would do as you suggested - complete the form with not applicable and then write a letter explaining how military service wasn't required and never occurred. The application forms aren't just to establish that something existed, they also serve to show something didn't exist (but this needs to be confirmed via documentation)....
Hopefully this helps..

Thanks alot for your detail information my husband never served military so we put N/A in each box and then explained in the letter. For the authorization of information disclosure we filled the form 5476 i believe and my husband gave authorization to me to access his file and we submitted it by webform. We will see what happens next
Guys...anyone of you can give tips for new applicants on the proof of relationship?
10 pages of letters, fb messages and other proof? How can we narrow it down when the conversation is about 3 years and there are letters as well.
Thanks.

What I did is I opened a Microsoft Word document. I wrote a title like December 2014 Conversations:
And under the title I pasted samples of conversations from about 8 days in December. For example 2 conversations per week, one at the beginning and one at the middle of the week. Then did the same thing for January 2015, same for Feb 2015 etc.. I still had 5 pages though but that is acceptable. For photos, I submitted about 30. I also submitted screenshots of phone call logs (I put them on Microsoft Word and printed 6 screenshots per page).
Hello ktaj ,
I have the same situation before regarding this form, I had asked my lawyer so he told me if you never served military in any country just put N/A.
I had asked him if I have to explain it then he said no need, I do not know if me and your husband in the same situation or not, but this all I know about it and it was since jan. 2017, anyway you submitted it already so just wait and I'm sure that everything will be fine,
Regards.

Not sure why you are personally offended. Yes CIC delay applications of people who contact them and they said that to me personally and it is everywhere on the internet!
Second, this forum is for everyone and everyone has the right to say their opinion, and no, not all officers are not doing their best job. Some of them are being careless. When they process applications for some countries in 4 months and applications for other countries in 24 months, there is definitely a corrupt system here.
If you are one of those people who were blessed to have their application processed faster, or not suffering emotionally or financially, you should know that there are people truly suffering. I am one of those people who first suffered because CIC officers lost my application for 3 months and didn't tell me about it. Then because my government changed and all their forms changed, the officers again spend 5 months trying to verify the PC is genuine which they found it was genuine so they wasted 5 months of our time because they were ignorant of the change. Mind you, this check can be done in a few days. All they have to do is call the office that issued the PC!
And since September, they have been doing background check, which they conduct for others in a matter of weeks! My husband and I are currently destroyed emotionally and financially so the word damn is not enough. And yes, there must more control over those officers and their work should better be supervised.
@I_Miss_Him ... I already replied on this thing who called himself sbakhor but unfortunately my reply to him was deleted ... Thank you I_Miss_Him for sharing your experience ... but even this forum has no fairness to delete my reply and keep his reply to me which full of rudeness ... and he keeps replying on people with rudeness as the owner of this topic so i stopped participating

I would ignore the so called "educated" people in this forum and file a complaint against ADVO. Since, you had a terrible experience with ADVO, I would write all the mistakes ADVO did in your case and file it on CIC website. You can google "complaint CIC Canada" and you will find the link to file your complaint. These people only work professionally when their bosses in Canada call them and investigate any mistakes they do.
Dear CrownHybird, I tried to do this way but unfortunately this complaint form is good for 1024 letters only which is not enough to express everything happened in my experience
Still no news or issuing visa to anyone!! Kindly share to give hope for others

My only concern with Facebook is that it is much less private than this forum....but everyone has different comfort levels. Keep in mind that the spreadsheet link can be opened by anyone with the link....which is why it's nice that the usernames are completely anonymous...
Wishing everyone speedy processing...

I understand your concern C, but it is awesome when people share their experiences too especially that ADVO applicants are few and waiting desperately for their updates. The FB group is private, it means that no one can see posts or comments except the members of the group. Additionally, I have set rules to not share personal information, especially immigration personal file or financial information to anyone, publicly or privately for security purposes.
