check online on vac site through tracking number and also call them they will advise for sure.

I also submitted at VFS Dubai on the 10th. Website says under process.

Same here. There are sometimes requirements for other documents it depends on case to case basis. We have submitted all documents that is why they asked for PP and pics only. I thought you have submitted other documents that is why they are taking a long time.
