so my guess is from 24 dec to 02 jan holidays

25 and 26 is on Friday and Sat which is normal weekend here so as per Canada embassy abu dhabi website off days will be on 27 & 28 for Christmas and boxing day.

You submitted on 1st through aramex. 1-5 was National day holidays. It means only 7 working days are completed. Then after the release of passport it will take 2-3 days for courier to deliver. What is the status did you checked by tracking number?

i have 2 airway bills one for delivery and one for return, so they delivery one status is already delivered to Canadian embassy abu dhabi and return one not yet activated is that mean passport still in embassy and not hand over to aramex.
