My name is Mohammad and I am from Iran. I got my Study permit for Fall 2017 term. but, because of late publication of my visa, I defer my study to Winter 2018 term. In the process of my Visa, I was a bachelor. but in this 4 months gap, I and my fiancee decided to marry. in this situation, I have a few questions:

1: Is my wife eligible to apply for OWP?
2: should I apply OWP for my wife from my cic account?
3: if Yes, how could I do that? because I search for a place to apply for a family member but there is no one to do so.

Hi, it says on the website 105 days on paper based. They are currently processing app recieves on June 5. You probably will recieve your result anytime soon.

it is for four years, PhD

She can apply for open work permit anytime as long as you student permit is valid at least a year. The processing time varies depending on which country you are applying from though. so The sooner you apply the better.
She needs to create her own Cic account and apply for herself through Gckey online. Fill up certain forms and upload all the required documents.

my question is can I apply for her from my cic account?. because if I wanted to apply for her with me at the same time I should apply it to my account to prove that we are going to Canada together. in this case that I and she decided to marry after my Visa what should I do?
