2. Digital photo of him in JPEG format
3. Letter confirming your spouse employment
4. Copies of his pay slips for the last 6 months.
5. Copies of his bank statements for the last 6 months.
6. Copy of your bank statements for the last 6 months.
7. Proof of immigration medical examination
8. Invitation letter from your husband
9. If you own property in India, please provide valuation certificates ( from registered valuer)
10. If you also receive financial support from your parents or his parents, please provide a letter confirming financial support and copies of their bank statements
11. Marriage certificate and photos
12. Your spouse’s work permit

Hi guys
I am new here and my situation is that my wife has just recently started her course on study permit in Ontario and now I am planning with my dependent son to join her
I read about OWP but can someone advice if I should apply in India or inside canada and also from where I can get the check list and forms to submit
Is paper application better or online application
Pls help ?

2. Digital photo of her in JPEG format
3. Letter confirming her part time employment –
4. Her enrolment letter from college, copy of study permit
5. Receipt of fees paid
6. Copies of her pay slips till now
7. Copies of her bank statements.
8. Copy of your employment letter and pay slips from back home
9. Copy of your bank statements for the last 6 months.
10. Proof of immigration medical
11. Please also complete an invitation letter from your wife, SOP of visit by you
12. If you/ your wife own property in India, please provide valuation certificates( immovable property valued by a registered valuer/ chartered engineer and movable property assesed by CA)
13. If you also receive financial support from your parents or his parents, please provide a letter confirming financial support and copies of their bank statements
