Damn in today's tym online is gettin delayed.
I m shocked.

Because recently some 1 from delhi applied fr sowp on 16th june n got approved by 17th july. He was paper applicant. If v all scrutinized by the date of applications we submitted then before him v supposed to get reply. All online applications and past rejected app going slow i feel. Im not sure

Probably u r right and another reason could be all our applications are being processed at Chandigarh. I have seen in latest news and seen in latest video from John Mccallum, addressing the serious issues going on with Chandigarh office. Not sure though, just a wild guess.

Other then discussion in this forum v are unable to do anything. V alone knew the problems our spouses facing without us. I don't know which god wil show mercy on us

Let it be a rejection or approval. By god cic should inform us then process the later dated applications isn't.? Keeping our applications with them for a long time is not fare.. wat to say about me. Even my bags r ready.. ppl wil laugh if i say dis. But some situations r so

And does anyone know that is there any way we can find out where our application is being processed?

Something best choice is paper application. Because we submit our orginal passport and VO can't keep ot for a long period. So paper applications have little bit soon response

After reading lots of reply i want to know what is the meaning of local MP ? What does the MP do to process or review the file? How come a refused application be reviewed? I have already been refused once for TRV (11th July) but now I am planning to apply for Open work permit
(PGD Student Spouse). I tried to apply online but unable to submit all my documents. What should I do ? Last time applied on paper (TRV) from Poland And got refused with in 3 days.

Hi sorry to hear about your refusal,

You can ask for GCMS / CAIPS notes (with the help of any permanent resident or citizen of Canada.) wherein you will get the detailed notes of your refusal by visa officer. Local Member of Parliament (MP) of the area in Canada can help you to know the status of your application while in process.

Slight correction, one only needs to be present in Canada (and have an address) for getting GCMS notes, no need for being a PR.

Thanks for reply. Should I apply for SOWP when my wife will be in Canada? Because currently my wife is staying with me in Latvia. She will reach Canada on Friday from Latvia. Is it ok to write one explanation letter with different paragraph for each additional paper or should I write separately?
