Look, if you're feeling uncomfortable about sending the email, then you should perhaps consult with your lawyer before doing so. In your case, you have waited a month longer than the normal processing time. However, taking into consideration your two previous TRV refusals, they're probably being careful and taking extra time. Also, your MP asked you to wait longer before they can approach CIC again.

I guess everyone's circumstances are different and just because I emailed my Consulate doesn't mean that everyone should do the same. In my case, we waited around 7 months (6 months longer than the CIC processing time).

Perhaps you may want to follow up with the hospital to ensure they have submitted the records to CIC.

Confirmed Last night they said they did submitted medicals on 16th of July... hopefully hear soon from CIC now.
