Spouse open work permit refused outland

hello frnds!! i need some advice.. my sis in law is in canada on study permit and she had recently applied for my brother spouse open work permit from a lawyer in canada. yesterday he got refusal and now lawyer wants us to submit his file again ASAP. do you think we need to wait for some months or do we need to apply as soon as possible again? i am so confused

You need to share the reasons for the refusal here for anyone to comment given submitting again in a day or a month makes no difference if the reasons for refusal not fixed,

As above . It’s like taking a test again that you’ve failed . If you haven’t addressed the incorrect answers , the outcome will be the same .

Cic did nt mention any specific reason, I read the refusal letter and it says based on your personal and financial assets, you will not leave canada..my bro showed 12 lakh bank balance and other assets.. still they refused his visa

yes you are right. Thats why i am concerned.. I asked the lawyer to do some changes to the file and she said she is going to address the concerns in letter..

IRCC doesn't need the applicant to submit financial support document when submitting such an application when you apply inside Canada , don't know what they mean by that .

Spouses of international students are not guaranteed SOWP. You should order GCMS before reapplying to know what the exact concern is. If he didn’t get employed his savings would likely not allow him to live in Canada for the duration of her schooling which is likely the problem.
