My spouse is holding closed work permit and through him I got my open work permit. We both now working in BC.
Now my spouse is going to India for some official work and do the amendment in his work permit from India.
1.Can stay back in Canada at that time when my spouse is in India because in few days my spouse will be back to Canada.
2. Do I need to make amendment in my open work permit also? If yes can I do it once my spouse is back to canada again?
