Hi,
I have a query. My husband is holding closed work permit which is valid upto Dec 2020 and also I got my spousal open work permit which is valid till my spouse work permit end date.
Now my spouse going out of Canada for 5 months and again he will be coming back to Canada.
1. Can I stay in Canada in that 5 months when spouse is not present in Canada?
2. If I want to go out of Canada for 3-4 weeks for vacation and come back again in between 5 months of period (when spouse is out of Canada) mentioned above will there be any issue?
