Spousal Visitor Visa + PR Application

study permit is tricky. however my spouse got it and we are in the process of getting her PR . we got medicals done

Applying to a school and getting accepted could take 6+ months so applying for a study permit is often a longer process than trying for a TRV and then either applying for inland or outland sponsorship depending if you are granted the TRV. Unless studying for an advanced degree like a PhD or masters most spouses of Canadian PRs and citizens will have a hard time getting approved for a study permit.
