Spousal sponsorship

Hi,

Can anyone help me to on this matter..?

I sponsored my spouse under the family class. I sent all the necessary forms and related documents to IRCC on 15th Jun, 2018. IRCC received that on 18th Jun, 2018. It has been 15 days past over a month and still i didn't get my file number (AOR).

Is this the normal time to get AOR..?

Your help would be appreciate..

My application was received on June 29 and I just received AOR this morning. I have seen around this forum that other late June applicants have been receiving AOR as well, which leads me to think you should have received yours by now. If I were you, I would just call IRCC to double check whether they received your application.

just a quick query, I am at PR status, Want to apply for my Wife and daughter.
the cic website says these applications are processed out side Canada. would these be processed from London even when I am in Canada?

You can’t apply for spousal sponsorship online. You will have to mail all the signed forms and documents to IRCC.

no. personal debts have nothing to do with spousal sponsorship applications. it has absolutely no affect.

Is it the same thing when owning a unpaid fine to a railway company and collecting agency asking for payments. Will that affect having a PR?

Hi All - hoping someone with experience may be able to provide input.

We received our passport request in June but at the same time received a request for a PCC. It took awhile to get the PCC, but according to their police department, it was sent and should have been received by the embassy last week.

We've tried emailing the embassy but their inbox is full and my husband finally got ahold of them on the phone and they just said to try emailing again. They have his passport there and all the documents that they've requested. We want to make sure they received the PCC and also wondering how much longer it should take now?! Has this happened to anyone before?

on imm5532, it says íf you need more space for any of the questions, use another sheet and write the part and question number'
does this mean print the applicable page of the form, write the answers, and then write the part and question number on top?
or does it mean write the answers on a blank sheet of paper?

this might have been asked before, but sorry i missed it.

Hi, just write them on a blank sheet of paper, but don’t forget to put on top of the sheet name of applicant, date of birth and the name of the form and question number. That’s what we did.

Just need an advise...can someone pls advise the wait time at NDVO looking at the below time line?
Outland Spousal Sponsorship
Application Filed: 13th May
Received on : 17th May
AOR1 : 21st June
Medical Request : 29th June
SA: 05th July
Additional Docs Requested : 11th July
Submitted : 12th July
Medical passed : 13th July
File Transferred to NDVO : 04th August
AOR2 : 09th August
Till this time the additional documents submitted were showing as uploaded
On the 12th of August they started reviewing the Additional Docs...
It will be really helpful if someone can pls advise how much time this might take ???
