Lawyer for me, and she has control of it. R u worried they didn’t receive your biometrics? I think u can call them to confirm they did or through gckey, on mine it says when it was completed.
I have recieved the tracking id from Islamabad VFS on the same day i have done my biomtrics and according to it it was processed to islamabad visa office
It takes a couple of days. It's not something that gets approved. It's just done. It shows up as completed in GcKey. You're worrying too much. This can take 12 months and you rarely hear from them, rarely see an update in your account. They tell you to expect this all over their site. Even if you are on GcKey and ecas, things approved aren't listed. We all just wait for emails.

That's why I said, "can take 12 months." My point is, we are all waiting for these emails to know what's really going on. Every case is different. Being in GcKey and ecas isn't even helping because they don't always reflect everything that's going on with your app. Like, I know eligibility is approved on mine but it says, "in process." It's just the biggest waiting game ever

One more thing why the ECAS is not updated ?
Hi! Searching for clarification. Here is our situation. I am the principal applicant living in montreal. My husband is living in toronto. Obviously, we are not yet living together in one roof. Its because i am still in contract with my employer. I am a caregiver holding a valid work permit. Some says, we are not allowed to apply under spousal sponsorship under canada class because we are not yet living together in one roof or same address. Some says, we can apply under family class. But to my understanding, family class is made outside canada. That the principal applicant is living outside canada. My question is that, since my husband and i are both here in canada but not yet living together in one roof/same address since i am still in contract with my employer, what class of sponsorship are we gonna fall? We’re about to submit our application next week but still confused on what classification are we gonna apply? Please help us. Thanks

You're married so you apply for family sponsorship as a married couple. You can apply inland or outland even while in canada. Drawback to inland is PA has to remain in canada for the duration of the application processing and it tends to take longer.
Not sure how they'll feel about you not living together within canada.

I'm not sure I understand the confusing part. I mentioned that It's family class sponsorship as a married couple. Is this not answering your question? Or am I missing something?
Kinda confusing, sorry. What classification are gonna apply? Spousal sponsorship in canada class? Or spousal sponsorship under family class? Just want to qoute, my husband and i are both here in Canada, but not living together yet since i am still in contract with my employer
