Spousal Sponsorship - Which application pack?

Hi,

I am looking for the right application pack. I am staying in Canada under a current Visitor Visa and looking to apply for Spousal Sponsorship Outland. Could anyone clarify for me please which pack I would need to use? Do I use the "Application for Permanent Residence From Within Canada – Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class (IMM 5289)" or would I use the one for outside Canada? Sorry if this is a stupid question!

Its outland application.. Then you need to fill up through which Visa Office it will be processed. Also you need to study outland guide for your country, you can see it in Part 3

yes, that is the correct link. it is sponsoring from outside of canada. NOT inside.
