spousal sponsorship

Dears
I would highly appreciate your help regarding my spouses sponsorship , I do have a couple of questions
1- I am a naturalized Canadian Citizen living in Iraq already submitted the application for proof of citizenship for my two children and now I want to apply for my spouses sponsorship to Canada.
2- Am I suppose to send my complete application to Mississauga or to the Canadian Embassy in Amman
3- Shall I fill all the forms ( the sponsor & the sponsored froms) and send them all in one pack
4- shall I include my spouses police clearance plus her medical test results with the application
5- do I need to include my children in the application for spousal sponsorship while both children will be getting their citizen ship shortly

Here are answers:

-- You need to send your application to Mississauga
3- Shall I fill all the forms ( the sponsor & the sponsored froms) and send them all in one pack
-- Yes all the forms should be sent in one package

-- Yes you need to include it in there as mentioned in the checklist.
5- do I need to include my children in the application for spousal sponsorship while both children will be getting their citizen ship shortly
-- Yes as they are the dependents.

The children should NOT be included, if they are already Canadian citizens. All that's needed is their proof of citizenship.

1. assume you would apply for outland.

it tells what you need and where to send.

2. you have to send all forms together.

3. she need police clearance and upfront medical with her applications.
if she lived other country (beside her home country) more than 6 months (since 18 year old), she need a police clearance from that country too.

5. yes, there are forms (main applicants and sponsor forms) and you can add photocopy of their citizenship cert. or canadian passport.
