Can anyone tell me how to add the details if my case (I.e.AOR, transferred, remed, etc)
I know someone mentioned to go to profile and add it there....but I am unable to do it.
I think I'm missing something

Yes I had the same difficulty and someone guided me to go into profile and make the time line ,, but I had to search a lot ..Well I will help u , although no one guided me properly .. ok ,,on the top of forum page right side its written assessment , home,help ,profile etc .. click the profile ..when the profile page opens ,,have a look on left side of page .. u will see 3 headings .. ( profile info , modify profile ,actions ) ..under the heading modify profile ,,there are 6 sub headings ,,click the sub heading FORUM PROFILE INFORMATION .. when this page opens ,,U can see summary of your profile in which u have to fill Application filed ,AOR etc .. then it will appear on forum page below your Id when u post a message..
so in short ,,, PROFILE - MODIFY PROFILE - FORUM PROFILE INFORMATION

It looks like I don't get any options under modify profile,
I only get option "account related settings"
Which leads me to change or add in email, password, username...
Hmmm, I'll keep looking....

It looks like I don't get any options under modify profile,
I only get option "account related settings"
Which leads me to change or add in email, password, username...
Hmmm, I'll keep looking....

What Dr.Dua failed to mention was that you got to have 8 post minimum before you can create/modify your profile

But i do Appreciate her effort to guide you through the whole procedure after the 8 post barrier is crossed.

Hello forum brothers and sisters. I just wanted to let you know that my spouse case has been decision made since yesterday. I am so happy that this platform for us to help each other and get through this roller coaster.

Kindly, sumone plz let me know what to expect after Ecase status has changed to decision made and how long approximately we are looking for visa to be issued?????

I also pray for others that are waiting for so long. May Allah give us all the good news soon and bring our families together. Thanks


TIME LINE ( Applied FEB 20,2014)... TRANSFERRED TO LVO (MAY 12,2014)... IN PROCESS (FEB 02,2015)... DECISION MADE ON (FEB 17,2015).

i m new to forum.
i have problem.
I have interview next month. In the letter they said to bring Schedule A form.

In personal history, one date might be different from my first application. As i misplaced documentation and i do not know exact date. Do they check both schedule A forms? please answer asap. really worried

Not to Alarm you but yes, they do compare dates and as Schedule A is a very important form to the CIC
you should have a copy of your application somewhere or the form you filled , just keep looking, may Allah help you

I am a Nikkah only case and our file was transferred to LOV on July 30th, 2014. I am getting my Rukhsati and Valima done in early March 2015.

My question is should I send them the pictures and wedding cards, etc. as soon as my Wedding is done or should I wait until they contact me to send in more information. If I have to send in the information should I redo the forms or just send the pictures and wedding cards as they are with my File number?

Also since I am a Nikkah only case, the only way to get interview waived is by sending them proof of Rukhsati and Valima correct?

One quick question I'm still trying to figure out exactly where my husband's papers are....when I received the AOR nov.28/14
In ecas it only mentioned that app. Was received and medical results received. I noticed others were given info as to which vo is handling their papers in the first email sent after AOR. I think it's too early for me to inquire about this right?
(App. Received oct.6/14, AOR received nov. 28/14)

Hi,
Speaking from experience, you should send them your rukhsati and valima photo as soon as you get them
and i can not overstate this "the more the merrier" as it will remove the doubt about your marriage and will help your case to escape interview que which takes 5-8 month delay spin on your case,
Things you should include in your package
1.Invitation Cards,
2.Suit purchase slip
3. Hall booking receipt (if both are being done in hall , otherwise send the valima hall receipt)
4. Catering (food) expense slip from your caterer
5. Photos of people attended (do remind someone to take pictures of people sitting in hall)
6. Communication proof ( since you send your file upto the time of your marriage)
it may include, skype call record, viber, facebook, phone calls , greeting cards, or any thing that you can think of)

They send you a leter/e-mail once they process the app and check if everything required is present and then forward it to LVO , They sent me a letter on (a.o.r on 31st dec) 5 jan 2014 , i received it on 5th feb and in that letter they told me that they are sending my file to LVO.

Yes you can inquire, if you are lucky , you may get the response in a month, more chances are that they will ignore your e-mail

My suggestion would be , wait a few months and then apply for GCMS notes.

yes it will apply from now on, but you can always hope for the best, just think 12-15 months , which is same as previous time, LVO most probably finalize the files in 15 months , so dont worry, 29 months is just a scare.
