i did get remed request in november 14... and i got rejection email after remed for not providing rukhsati pictures and original nikah nama..

I dont understand what does it mean by rukhsati picts ??? why u didn't provide your original nikah nama ?? From my side I submitted all original documents ( even educational documents ) as well as notarized copies of all documents..

I don't agree that Pakistani applicants suffer from bogus relationships or fraud marriage rejections. The percentage of Pakistani applications rejected due to bogus relationships is very rare as compare to other countries. If you are a Pakistani CIC won't red flag your marriage/relationship to the extend which they usually red flag or doubt other nationals. European, Americans and Indian spouses are on the top list who are always checked in more detail and go through a more aggressive scrutiny regarding their claim of marriages.

Providing a proof is not a suffering. If you have proper documentation and reasonable evidence that your relationship is genuine then you won't find cic raising objection on your relationship/marriage.
Pakistanis are not in the bad books of cic.

No we didn't mean that.Actually visa processing time for Pakistani spouses are the lengthiest ..whereas for other countries,even for Philippine and India( 3rd world countries,,low economy,bad law and order situation,and more people applying for canadian immigration) is less than half the processing time of Pakistani..On which grounds they have decided the processing time,don't know really..Although on this forum members are saying now it will be processed in London in 11 months,,but I haven't seen any member getting visa in this time.For other countries if the processing time is 15 months ,they get it many months before the average processing time is completed.And for many of us with applications filed in early 2013,still no positive results,only waiting.( they are saying application is moving well )
We don't have any issue to provide any evidence or going through any examination,,the only thing which is painful is delays and delays in the process even after providing and fulfilling there requirements.

Disagree with you there, many reported cases here who have been processed within that promised processing time of 11 months. Primary example here is none other than the forum owner himself 'TooCareless1'!

I know some people their spouses arrived in some 6, some 9, some 11, and some 7. It totally depends on who is checking your file and if everything you state is truth and you have lots of relationship evidence

I think most people who get delayed beyond a year are those who need to send further documents and proof. Pretty sure the people you mentioned did not have to go through that!

Actually law enforcement situation in Pakistan is worst of all countries including Iraq Afghanistan Somalia yaman and now Syria and lybia. No match between our country and India regarding present law and order. CHC canadian staff is always reluctant to stay in our country.From London it is impossible to go through backround checks and security checks.It's good fortune that we people have been included in process of immigration. The processing time depends on the Quota or immigration level plans set by CIC. if you guys know the relation between available seats and demanded seats then you will surely understand. CIC generally set the spouse sponsorship levels to approx 48000 applications to be finalized and admitted as Permanent residents in canada (for the whole world). this figure includes both inland and outland applications. Now obviously as high commissions in USA, Europe etc will have lesser application to process as compare to Pakistan so their timeline is also shorter as compare to Pakistan or any other high application intake country.

lets assume isb/CHC/cic receive 500 application from pakistani nationals (just for an example) and the Quota to grant or finalize applications is 250 only. then obviously the processing time for an applicant will be about 2 years. On the other hand if another country xyz receive just 250 applications each year and its Quota is 250 then for sure the xyz high commission will process all the applications received within a year to meet its targets. Its never that people working in isb are sleeping and people working in london are working hard.... thumb rule is if you are hired you have work and give results otherwise you will loose your job ( so a visa officers also has to meet his performance and targets too).

Cic nowdays is really working to reduce all its immigration processing timelines. that's why we all have seen many Pakistani applications are sent directly to london to reduce the overall load and processing timings. In Canada there is no discrimination what soever on basis of nationalities or religion. Its just us who get a bit frustrated ( i agree waiting while a application is in process is really difficult and specially to stay away from loved ones) otherwise it is always smooth and fruitful. more than 80% of the applications are completed within the given time frame. the remaining applicants get delays due to their own reasons (incorrect/ incomplete documentations, complications etc etc)

Yes we have seen many lucky ones too who get through very fast and many had to wait for long. believe me this can happen to any application no matter it was originated from Afghanistan, Iraq or even from one of safest and peaceful countries like sweden, norway etc.

So patience is the only thing which will help every one here.

Thanks for your elaborate narration.Things are not so much simple and straightforward. If process had been only on quota then why spouses applications from Pakistan were tucked for whole 2012 and 2013.and then shifted to London.In reality this is due to slow speed of work in CHC islamabad due to circumstances of Pakistan. Other factors eg. Culture , adaptation, language are also being considered in spouse immigration.

but at least who has filled application 1st should get the visa 1st ( if all requirements are met and there is no problem )..There should be some serial number,,but it seems its very random ..If someone who has filled application in 2013 and someone has filled in 2014 and applicant of 2014 gets visa far earlier ( if a difference of 1 or 2 months then its negligible but a difference of 6 months and more is remarkable ),,then don't u think its not fare ?? Now don't say its luck..Then where is the system and management of CIC.

My application filled in april 2013 ,,still in Islamabad,,not even shifted to London ( and call centre and MP saying wait till 33 months that is application processing time for pakistani spouses ) ,, checking ATIP notes and inquiring through MP ( saying application is moving fine,,back ground checks going on ,,only your 19 and half month assessment time has completed ,,still time ,don't worry and wait)..Does it seems its fare ?? CIC should process the older files 1st ,if some problem or requirements needed should ask the applicant and process the older files quickly.
