Now let me answer your question based on my experience:

1. Yes, this means URDU NIKAHNAMA with Official Notarized Translation in ENGLISH.
2. My application is in progress. But I submitted the photos of us in the RESTAURANT as I also spent very few days with my wife.
3. Collect a Subset of WhatsApp, Messenger Calls + Messages, etc. And put them in a 'Proof of Relationship' Document.
4. You can submit the Plane Ticket which you will buy for your trip back home.

Well, on the positive side, You had quick turn around time in the initial Biometrics and SA. I have seen people getting these after 3-4 months.

You can expect Medical Request to be anytime around the corner. Usually for Pakistani Outland applicants in LVO, the timeline for Medical is around 5 months from the date of Application.

LVO is a bit slow.

No, Nikkah Name is purely in URDU in the marriages held in Pakistan. That's why you need to attach it's English Translation.

Nadra's MRC (Marriage Registration Certificate) is a different document and you ALSO need to attach it.

yes you are right i also have the one that is just in Urdu and other one, one side Urdu one side English. so it means i have to send the Urdu one in English translation? Should i send using Webform?

How long does it take for LVO officer to review your documents and make a decision for PFL?

The most common request is the nikah nama/ marriage certificate & divorce certificate. The reason is due to wrong dates which is mostly made by UC . Also , at times they ask for translation . Other reasons include proof of relationship including more pictures , chat history.

I’m in a similar situation as you (timeline in my bio). We have yet to receive our MIL and its been approximately 5 months since we applied. VO is Sydney NS. I requested GCMS notes 2 days ago and will be calling IRCC in a couple of days to ensure there was no email correspondence that was missed by my immigration consultant.

edit: it appears MIL for Pakistani Outland PR sponsorship happens between month 5-6. Will be waiting all of July to see if MIL is received before calling.

Yes, you need to send both URDU and it's English Notarized translation by WEBFORM. Webform is the best way to get to them. Make sure you fill it properly with details while sending.

Pfl comes when the application is in final steps usually 3 to 4 months after medical

No, unfortunately not. As I haven't been through it. Ask anyone else if he/ she knows what happens after VISA details are updated. I guess the news is positive but you might have to wait for PPR.

This means you just uploaded it but did not submit to IRCC. After uploading just click next at the bottom, it will ask for you First Name and Last Name then it will ask your security question and then click Transmit, Now it should update from "uploaded - not submitted to IRCC" to something like "Replacement provided"
